Emerald Isle Resort's Policies

Although we're all about fun here at Emerald Isle Resort, there are a few policies that we keep in place not only for safety, but also for the property so that it can be in pristine condition for the next guest. If you have any questions about our policies, please do not hesitate to contact us!

  • Upon check-in at Emerald Isle Resort, guests must have a credit card for incidentals as well as a drivers license.

  • For our housekeeping's convenience, please leave all beds unmade and strip sheets from the sofa bed if it was used.

  • We have a very strict no smoking policy within the units. Absolutely NO smoking in the units! There will be a $500 fine for smoking in the units. With that being said, we do allow guests to smoke outside on the patio. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not litter.

  • Building 5 is a pet friendly building, however, there is a maximum of 2 pets allowed and a pet fee of $150.00 plus sales tax per pet. There are absolutely no pets allowed in Building 6. This is a firm rule and it will be enforced. A $250.00 fine will be levied if a pet is found within Building 6 during your stay.

  • Please pick up after your pet and ensure that any waste is disposed of properly.

  • We kindly ask that you keep up with your room keys. If they are not turned in at check out, a $50 fine will be levied.
  • Visitors must park in guest parking on either side of the office or in the guest lot across from the office. All vehicles must have a parking permit which can be obtained at the front desk.

  • Things happen that cause our guests to be late. We get that! If you know you will arrive after 5:00pm, please call the office BEFORE  5pm and we will instruct you on how to get into your room so you can start enjoying your stay! Please be sure to come to the office the next morning to formally check in, preferably by 10:00am.

  • If you would like to check out before the office is open, please leave your keys in the black box to the left side of the office door.

  • The trash dumpster is located in visitor parking across from the office. If the unit is left in an unacceptable state or there are missing, broken or damaged items, you will be charged for the necessary repairs

  • The State fire code prohibits the use of any charcoal, gas, or open flame cooking device on patios.
